This ain't on-sale yet, and I don't know who else is on the bill, but it's the same weekend as that "Loud as Hell" fest in Drumheller.  Planning on going to that anyway, so it's only a couple hours extra driving.  Tickets for Vancouver are $58, so that's a bit expensive, but I'd love to see this show.

This will be a hell of alot better than that shitty band that tours as "The Misfits", these days.

It's at Flames Central in Calgary, and Union Hall in Edmonton.  Has any of you's been to Union Hall?  Good Venue?

Got my tickets for Calgary! I haven't listened to Evil Elvis since Danzig 4, but this looks like his best line up in years. Tommy Victor (Prong & Ministry) on guitar and John Kelly (Type O Negative) on drums... and a Misfits set w/ Doyle. DECENT!!!

I went in Edmonton.  The venue was shit, and was oversold by about 300. Also the security were pricks.  I was right pissed off about all of that until about 90 secs, into the Danzig set.  Fucking Rank!  The pit was fucking destructive, the Misfits set made me feel like I was 14.  Glenn was amazing!

One of the short list of shows, that I will probably remember in 25 yrs, if I'm still amongst the living!

It was at Union Hall.

I heard today, at the Calgary show Michale Graves showed up to visit Doyle, and they learned "Dig up her Bones"  They did "Beg to Differ" by Prong, and 4-5 more Danzig/Misfits tunes that we didn't get in Edmonton.  I was in fucking, Drumheller, at "Loud as Hell" fest, and drunk off my ass.  As great as 3 Inches of Blood was, I shoulda done that one.

Hahahaha. No frickin way Danzig would have been cool with that. No, there was no Michael Graves, unfortunately no Prong cover, either. It was a great performance, though. Danzig seriously surprised the shit out of me. He sounded great. One of the most packed/happy/insane crowds I've ever been a part of. Two batshit induced encores and 8 Misfits songs in total. Great time. Way better than expected.
Here's the setlist for Calgary: http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/danzig/2013/flames-central-calgary-ab-canada-23c6046b.html

Scar the Martyr feat. Joey Jordison, Jed Simon and Chris Norris, opened. That was hilarious! Sold out crowd and you could hear a pin drop. Zero response or movement from the crowd, just a room full of cringing stares. Think of the most mediocre ozzfest opening nu metal band you can think of from the year 1998... worse than that.

Setlist FM's where I'd heard about Graves, and the Prong tune.  Some dick must have posted that first.  We didn't get London Dungeon.  But it was otherwise the same show.
