Looking to print 2 stage banners with grommets and pvc frames. Not sure of the size as that will most likely affect the price.

Anyone know where to get these made? Best price? Advice on size?

Any help would be appreciated.

I assumed a sign shop, but I guess my question should have been more along the lines of what shop would you recommend?

See this is where people get it wrong... You dont just "centre stage bainer" it.. you do what gwar does and create walls and such...

Examples of well used banners:

Dont know who this last band is... but you get my point... its not just about banner with band name.... can create ambiance and such... just wait till you see a ChronoBot show

I dont think I need to "overkill" it either. Its not like Saskatchewan stages are large enough to entertain such ambiance anyways. I was thinking 2 large banners to cover equipment on either side of the drum kit. Cost effective if you ask me! ...although, if I had an endless budget, I would consider "overkilling" it lol.

I appreciate the input.

Has anyone made their own before?

Behemoth & Gwar both used side banners in Regina basically killing your

and i dont have disposable income LOL especially now... I just use things i acquired for dirt cheep and mod em to the max ($4 pc projector and a $100 touch screen monitor go a long way)

you dont need "paramore" style banners on amps and shit but if your playing some crushing space-rock/doom you need some space banners and uv galore (cheep cheep cheep)

the more color and shit u have the more expensive it is (duh)

You also gotta remember Dave that some bands backline and if you're opening for them, good luck fitting that onstage along with your band. Also the Exchange is pretty much the one exception to the small stage rule in Regina.

so setting up banners that are pre attached to my amp and my keyboard stand and a projector that doesnt even touch a stage along with a wearable touchscreen are going to take time and get in le way ? trust me boner im 5 steps ahead of u on this one... just wait and see

plus openers can do cosmic-cosmetics while people are getting shoe-d in

Oh well yeah graphics on an amp don't take up room obviously. Neither does wearing them I suppose.

Dafe's 'vision' is greatly enhanced by chemical magic... should be cosmic

indeed and indeed.... you can thank hawkwind and (EARLY EARLY) pink floyd bootlegs for motivation (stage show)... i have over 8 GIGS of HD acid wheel videos (milk color and oil)

Think of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTbNdjbv6Bw
but 500 x better and AND IN HD!!!

plus some UV mastery... i dont wanna let too much out of the bag but ChronoBot is defiantly a show band but music is totally main priority

Ours cost some liquor and grass and it sure as fuck ain't fancy but it gets the point across. If you know a good artist or have a friend who knows someone...ask around and it could be cheaper than pro-made
