A simple review, this album fucking slays.

Anyone who has yet to experience Lava Goat is missing out on some seriously amazing metal.

I don't even have the disc, and I already know this is, hands-down, the best band in Sask.

I don't have to tell you things are bad, everyone knows things are bad. A dollar buys a nickel's worth, banks are going bust, shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter. Punks are running wild in the streets and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do and there's no end to it! We know, the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat. And we sit watching our TV's while some local newscaster tells us that today we had 15 homicides and 63 violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be! We know things are bad, worse than bad! They're crazy; it's like everything, everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we're living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, "Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and I won't say anything, just leave us alone!". Well, I'm not going to leave you alone. I want you to get mad.

We all lie to ourselves.
It never changes a thing.

So I haven't had a chance to listen to this disc (although I'm sure it's awesome), but I wanted to say that whoever pressed this disc did a poor job. I've had a bunch of aspi and timing errors trying to rip it, that even EAC was having troubles with (along with AudioGrabber and CDEx). I suggest you find a different company to press these next time.

Now that I've listened to it, I quite enjoy this. Will be good for weekends of playing video games and vapourizing. Good guest vox by Simon too.
